Module 1: Root Chakra – Enter the Temple of the Body

Your journey will begin with an introduction into the ancient truth of the root chakra: All is one. This is your connection to all of life, as we are all members of the same divine family. Every decision you make and every belief you have has an impact on your entire life.

Your health and well-being are based on your relationship with the Earth as Gaia, one of the highest manifestations of the Great Mother – the more you adore and honor the Earth, the healthier and more vibrant you will feel.

When you don’t honor the Earth, you can’t honor your body or your relationships… you can’t even be.

Because most of us are preoccupied with our thoughts, the purpose of this first session is to actively remind you that you have a body and are one with the Earth.

Sacral Chakra — Awaken Sacred Sexuality Module 2

The sacral chakra’s sacred truth is that sexual energy is sacred, and it is an important aspect of your relationship with power.

Shame and guilt rob you of your strength by forming an energy armor around your hips that traps your life-force. In this lesson, you will begin to loosen the armor in order to liberate your life-force and free energy in your body and energetic field.

The sacral chakra is also the area of masculine and female dualism. For millennia, the balance of male and feminine energies has favored the masculine, causing us to value doing over being… the active principle of yang over the receptive principle of yin.

You’ll dance to harmonize and marry the two flames of your psyche: the intuitive, life-bearing, being side and the active and intellectual doing aspect.

Your dance eventually becomes a lovemaking with the Beloved – the union of spirit and matter in your body in ever-expanding, majestic, wild, and compassionate ways.

As you reconnect with the sacral chakra’s holy sexual energy, you will:

Shake to cleanse and rid yourself of yourself — and to disassociate from the restricted “separate” self.
Awaken your life energy and allow it to fire your entire body, revitalizing and elevating you. Shake to Release
Reclaim your sexuality as sacred and freely, ecstatically express your sensuality as natural and holy by opening yourself to the sheer luminosity of eros.
Activate and expand your sacral chakra, and begin to balance the yin and yang forces — feminine and masculine — inside yourself.

Module 3: Solar Plexus Chakra Activation with Flamenco

“Life is the sound of your inner discourse,” Rumi stated. In other words, your life amplifies your feelings about yourself and reflects them back to you.

You’ll investigate the sacred truth of the solar plexus that self-love is your anchor… and learn to activate your center to access a point of light that can expand into a sun — whose radiance is determined by how you feel about yourself.

The warmer and more radiant the sun will be in your body, your life, and out into the world the more you treat yourself and your body with kindness and love. This is why, when you are unhappy with yourself, the world appears dim and gloomy.

You’ll also learn flamenco-inspired movements that promote self-authority. As you assert your authority, you will realize there is no room for victimhood or blame.

As you dance with your solar plexus chakra awareness, you will:

Find your womb-dantian center and work on being able to initiate your movements from there. Turn on the Inner Sun.
Through the fiery and empowering movements of flamenco, activate your self-authority and sovereignty as the Queen of your own Queendom and the King of our own Kingdom.
Increase your self-esteem and confidence.
Increase your nervous system’s resilience and adaptability.
Regardless of the circumstances, awaken and enliven your inherent joy.
As you burn away unworthiness, begin to express yourself with courage, compassion, responsibility, and stewardship toward the larger eco-field.

Module 4: Heart Chakra — Open the Infinite Portal

Love is the most powerful state of being and has divine power. This is the heart chakra’s sacred truth.

Your heart chakra, the midpoint of chakras, mediates between body and spirit, allowing you to tune in to your subtle body, become more energy than matter, and enter the quantum field of oneness.

This module will teach you about the sacred physiology of the heart and introduce you to the Sufi Path. Life is a love affair with the Beloved for the Sufis, and the heart is the home of the Beloved — the “I AM” presence. Falling in love with the Beloved cleans your heart of the debris of separateness and allows you to step into your true self.

Your heart has an electromagnetic field that extends five to eight feet beyond the physical heart. What you create in your heart has an impact on both yourself and the world around you. Because of this, all healing begins in the heart.

As you travel deep into your heart, you will notice:

Feel your heart as a portal to the quantum field of infinite consciousness.

Throat Chakra — Whirl to Surrender to Love Module 5

The throat chakra teaches us to surrender our personal will to the will of God. It is about discovering your true voice and listening — tuning in to your inner guidance. It creates coherence by connecting the head and the heart.

One of our toughest defenses is our throat. You’ll discover how to remove this armor in order to activate your voice and creativity.

You’ll be initiated into Sama (whirling dance) using a simple method that makes this profound Sufi practice accessible to everyone. Sama is an inner journey to the Beloved in which the limited mind dissolves into the infinite ocean of presence, and you begin to simply be… a channel for compassion and wisdom.

According to physics, matter is actually space spinning. What a profound experience it is to spin consciously, activate supernatural powers, and upgrade ourselves!

Rumi’s poetry flowed in perfect rhyme and meter, demonstrating Sama’s ability to receive direct transmissions from the Source and create body-heart-mind coherence.

Module 6: Third Eye Chakra Activation & Experience of Dance as Invisible Architecture

The Third Eye chakra teaches us to only see what is true. This chakra, known as the mother of all chakras, invites you to open yourself to the unknown and expand your mind in order to gain wisdom that will guide your actions. When your pineal gland is awakened and activated, you can access profound inner vision and insight, including dissolving the illusion of separation between you and the world.

The Navajo say, “Walk with the universe.” Walk in beauty, feeling at peace with yourself, the world around you, and all that exists.

As you progress deeper into Sama, your intuition and insight will be activated, and you will begin to experience the stillpoint at the center of all movement at the core of your being.

Approaching dance as invisible architecture and becoming aware of the patterns as you move will transform your dance into a powerful tool for shifting, influencing, and shaping consciousness.

When you dance with your Third Eye chakra focus, you will:

Through special focus, investigate and activate the pineal gland as your inner or Third Eye, as well as the Samadhi.
Deepen your Sama practice and start receiving direct transmissions from the source.
Through Sama, you can dissolve the illusion of separation between yourself and the world and loosen your identification with the limited self.

Module 7: Crown Chakra — Dwell in the NOW Beyond Name and Form

The crown chakra’s sacred truth is to live in the present moment. It takes courage, trust, and a constant disidentification from our limited self… because being in the present moment is lovingly letting go of the past.

Your crown chakra is your connection to spirit — the greater field of consciousness — and it inspires you to seek an intimate connection to the Divine in all you do. The purpose of sacred dance is to experience this connection.

During the final class, you’ll learn to move in spirals and integrate what you’ve learned in previous classes. The spiral is a sacred pattern that can be found in all living things, from galaxies to DNA molecules. Nature uses it to resolve conflict and restore balance.

Through the spiral, the visible world blooms from the invisible. The innermost level is divine mystery, and the outermost is physical matter.

The spiral is the most advanced human movement, involving all of the chakras, which are also spiraling.
